We must remember that it’s unique and special features, it’s centres of excellence, its power brokers and it’s blockages.
We can’t in this world command and control, tell people what to do, expect people to want to belong. We have to transform our shared interests into passionate goals and create a real desire for change and to be part of something special. We need to develop tools, tricks and techniques to improve and manage communications and learning.
