Search, find and share!

We need to find places where extraordinary things are happening...

We need to explore, study and understand why these places are releasing such extraordinary magic. And then we need to share, network and learn so that everyone can do it. The funny thing is that when ever I visit schools I find something wonderful is happening somewhere in the school; little bits of magic are not rare and exceptional, they are commonplace.

So the key to building brilliant is to search, find and share!
