It's strange that so many teams survive on the mixture of mistrust, antipathy and jealousy that permeates so many of our workplaces.
Over the past fifteen years I have worked tirelessly to create a culture where colleagues feel valued and coached and supported and where high expectations drive brilliant outcomes. Command and control simply produces defensive behaviours and delivers mediocre results. To release the magic requires trust, autonomy, respect and coaching.
