We must encourage coaching networks, learning networks,creative networks where young people share problems, challenges and opportunities and work together to find solutions. After all this is what happens in the real world of science, technology, engineering and research. We are not alone; we are part of co-operative, collaborative networks which share and learn together... THINK TEAM!
