'Brilliant Enquiries and Beautiful Products'

I have been reading the draft of a fantastic teacher's guide to project-based learning called 'Brilliant Enquiries and Beautiful Products' which has been developed by the Innovation Unit and Learning Futures working with High Tech High and funded by the Paul Hamlyn Foundation.

Building on the incredible work going on at High Tech High in California a growing number of teachers around the world are starting to design projects for their students, because they ignite a shared passion for learning in both students and staff, because they foster a wide range of skills such as time management, collaboration, and problem solving. Skills that students will need in university and in the workplace, and because these projects can be tailored to suit students with a wide range of abilities and learning needs. If anyone is interested in reading the guide get in touch with Alec Patton, Researcher and Project Coordinator at the Innovation Unit. His contact e-mail is alec.patton@innovationunit.org.
