I was at the Advanced Manufacturing Research Centre again this morning meeting with the last group of young people, from the four schools involved in the Cutlers' "Made in Sheffield" Project, for the first day of their Cutlers' "Made in Sheffield" Ambassadors Programme.
It was great to meet the third and final group of young people selected to be part of the Cutlers' "Made in Sheffield"Ambassadors Programme. Spending time with these 48 young people from Bradfield School, Stocksbridge High School, Yewlands Technology College and Firth Park Community College was a real privilege. They were a hugely impressive group of students and it will be brilliant to continue to work with them over the next two years and watch them further develop as potential teachers, doctors, entrepreneurs, artists, scientists, engineers and leaders.
