BE HAPPY!

What is it they say makes you happy? 
I have been telling you all for years, the keys to happiness are: drink coffee and red wine, get more exercise, have a good night's sleep, eat less, take omega-3 fish oils and aspirin, get some sunlight, maximise your social interactions, have loads of fun and laughter, eat dark chocolate, enjoy your children and immerse yourself in the arts. 
BE HAPPY!
