LEARNERS INHERIT THE EARTH!

I spent time today with two extraordinary colleagues who have had incredible learning journeys and achieved so much.

Mark Barnett and Jane Longfield have both achieved brilliant results and changed the world for the better because of their passion, enthusiasm, commitment, determination and sheer hard work. They both understand that learning leadership, beautiful systems and intelligent accountability are the foundations of successful organisations. They both know that culture, relationships and people matter.  They both know that attitudes and behaviours control and limit success or open up possibilities and opportunities. And importantly, they both know that learners inherit the earth!
