It's interesting to see that all the evidence suggests that despite all our efforts in the race to do more, have more, eat more, drink more and achieve more...
...and alongside our constant connectedness via Facebook, Twitter, Blogger and Linkedin, we are more unhappy, more unhealthy, more tired and more isolated than ever...
So many of us spend our time rushing around, grumbling more and achieving little that matters. We need to slow down and think more about what we want... from our relationships, from our friends, from our families. We need to remember that things that make us happy are being with friends and family, giving to and doing things for others, exercising your mind and your body, watching the sunset and enjoying the world around you.
This all takes time and we need to learn to slow down and enjoy the view!
