"Life is too short to wake up in the morning with regrets. So love the people who treat you right, forget about the ones who don’t and believe that everything happens for a reason. If you get a chance, take it. If it changes your life, let it. Nobody said that it’d be easy, they just promised it would be worth it." Unknown

THANKS FOR THE INTEREST!
It’s amazing that the blog reached, and was read by, colleagues in the United States, Russia, Germany, Ireland, France, India, Portugal, Thailand and Switzerland as well as colleagues all over the UK during the last month.
I have learned from my visits to brilliant learning places, all over the world, that we all share the same passion, the same commitment, the same challenges, the same problems and together we can find the solutions. We need learning leadership, beautiful systems and intelligent accountability to release the potential and the magic in our colleagues, our children and our young people. We need to develop character and skills and knowledge, recognise the uniqueness of each learner and personalise the offer we make. We need to flip our classrooms to focus on the things that make the greatest difference to learning: feedback, coaching and teamwork. We need to develop understanding and knowledge but more importantly we need to develop character, resilience and grit alongside literacy, numeracy and learn to learn skills and increasingly we need to recognise that every child need to develop higher level skills alongside creativity, innovation and enterprise.

More than anything else, feedback helps us improve and develop.
So, please let me know what you think?
