CODE>MAKE>WIN!

CODE>MAKE>WIN is a brilliant opportunity for young people interested in digital making to meet others doing the same thing around the city, and to showcase their ideas to professionals in the sector.
They are now accepting physical submissions until the 31st May in three categories: Digital Manufacturing, Software Apps and Physical Computing. Entries can be new ideas or even existing projects students have been working on during school or in their own time. There are 9 cash prizes up for grabs of £75 for the winners, as well as exciting bonus prizes to be announced - including £100 of digital equipment vouchers sponsored by Barclays.

Winners will be invited to an exciting awards ceremony in July which will be held as part of the Children's Media Conference Playground. The event aims to inspire with games, apps, toys, invention kits, physical products, VR, digital crafting and hands-on making - an unmissable opportunity for students! Oliver Quinlan from Raspberry Pi will also be attending to announce the prize for the best project using Raspberry Pi.
They are looking forward to seeing even more fantastic entries this year, so head over to their simple entry form for further information on entering CODE>MAKE>WIN: www.codemakewin.org.uk/#enter. Trial entries detailing ideas of what you or your students are creating can also be entered, with the final product entered separately when complete. Please get in touch with the team if your students require any further help or assistance with their submissions. You can contact them at hello@codemakewin.org.uk.
