I was there to introduce the new ambassadors to the Cutlers’ ‘Better Learners, Better Workers: Made in Rotherham' programme and to stress the importance of the ambassador handbook and the skills booklet. We looked at the Cutlers' Skills and started to talk about targets and goals. These are a great group of young people who will bring a real magic and energy to the programmer and to the NHS.
"Life is too short to wake up in the morning with regrets. So love the people who treat you right, forget about the ones who don’t and believe that everything happens for a reason. If you get a chance, take it. If it changes your life, let it. Nobody said that it’d be easy, they just promised it would be worth it." Unknown

AN INTRODUCTION TO BETTER LEARNERS, BETTER WORKERS AT OAKWOOD HIGH SCHOOL
I was at Oakwood High School on Monday morning working with their new Cutlers’ ‘Better Learners, Better Workers: Made in Rotherham' NHS Ambassadors. This programme is led by the Rotherham NHS Foundation Trust and is a consistent and coherent, employer-led approach that will develop, in this very special group of young people, the skills needed for employability and the world of the NHS.
