"Life is too short to wake up in the morning with regrets. So love the people who treat you right, forget about the ones who don’t and believe that everything happens for a reason. If you get a chance, take it. If it changes your life, let it. Nobody said that it’d be easy, they just promised it would be worth it." Unknown

PENISTONE GRAMMAR SCHOOL STUDENTS START THEIR JOURNEY!
Sarah Ward and I were at Penistone Grammar School this afternoon working with Nick Green, who had managed to get a group of students who might be interested in the 'Better Learners, Better Workers: Made in Barnsley' programme. Sarah and I were there to deliver a workshop to explain the approach, the programme and the opportunities and challenges ahead for any students interested in working with us over the next two years.
This was a great group of young people who listened well and asked some interesting questions and took away an application form. Let's hope that most of them return a completed application form so that Nick and his colleagues can short list a great group for us to interview next week, so that we can select a fantastic group of young people to be Penistone Grammar School's first BLBW: MiB Ambassadors. Exciting times!
