"Life is too short to wake up in the morning with regrets. So love the people who treat you right, forget about the ones who don’t and believe that everything happens for a reason. If you get a chance, take it. If it changes your life, let it. Nobody said that it’d be easy, they just promised it would be worth it." Unknown

We are what we eat!
I am shocked at how fat the population is getting and wonder if exercise can be the answer since so many people at my gym are simply overweight or obese. I think that the problem is that people simply don't understand what they are eating and that we are what we eat.

Victoria Primary School!
I visited Victoria Primary School in Leeds this morning to see Ali Carrick, the wonderful headteacher, who has been transforming the place and is doing a brilliant job. Over Easter the school entrance is being given a red makeover which will inject even more passion and WOW into the place!

More 21st Century Skills
High-performing countries like China, Finland, South Korea, and Singapore realise the global economic landscape has changed, and in response, they are re-imagining their education systems by focusing on developing 21st-century skills. We need to persuade the powers that be here that the future is only going to be secured if we develop a 21st Century Learning Framework to drive our learning landscape. A framework built on 21st Century Skills as well as subjects.
