Yewlands Technology College!

I visited Yewlands Technology College again this morning.

I was there to talk to the senior leadership team about the Cutlers Education Project and to hear again about some of the fantastic work the school is doing. It is always encouraging to visit a successful and rapidly improving school where the team are constantly asking themselves how they can continue to improve outcomes for their students and are constantly searching for ways to refine and develop their practice. The leadership team's passion, energy and enthusiasm for learning was infectious and is clearly driving further improvement and taking the school on the journey from 'good to great'. It was really helpful to have the opportunity to consider how the Cutlers project and the work we are doing to co-create a new competencies and curriculum framework supported by a learning and skills passport could connect with the work this successful and creative school is doing.
