CUTLERS' "MADE IN SHEFFIELD" PROGRAMME AT NEEC 2013!

I spent the middle of the day setting up this display at NEEC 2013!

I am reliably informed that over 450 delegates are expected at NEEC 2013 so I hope to see lots of colleagues and friends. We are on the fifth floor next to the 'Cutting Edge' Cafe.

The arrangements for NEEC 2013 are that from tomorrow there is a full programme of keynotes, seminars and exhibitions, including sessions by Lord Winston, Camila Batmanghelidjh, Sir Michael Wilshaw, Professor Tanya Byron, Matthew Syed, Baroness Susan Campbell, Stephen Twigg MP, Elizabeth Truss MP, Lord Baker and Charlie Taylor. On Wednesday morning, delegates will begin to arrive around 9am and the conference begins at 9.45am, lunch is 12.30-2.00, coffee is 2.45-3.15 and there is an evening reception 5.30-6.30. On Thursday the conference starts at 9am, the morning coffee break is 10.0-11.00, lunch is 12.45-2.00pm, the day ends at 6.00pm. On Friday the conference starts at 9am, the morning break is 11.30-12.00 and conference finishes at 2.30pm. I will be there every day from around 8.30 and plan to be at the stand during all the breaks and lunchtimes as detailed above. If anyone is able to get there, our stand will be on floor 5 which you will find if you enter the Howard Building by the main entrance at the top of Howard Street and walk straight ahead through the lift lobby into the atrium area. The stand is part of a Sheffield exhibition in the area where the 'Cutting Edge' cafe is located.

We are all looking forward to the session with Lord Baker which starts at 12.00 on Friday where four of our wonderful young Ambassadors will be attending and hopefully meeting Lord Baker.

I look forward to seeing colleagues and friends who can make it over the next three days.
Chris
