We are rapidly reaching the end of another year in the life of the Cutlers' 'Better Learners, Better Workers' programme and what a year it has been!
The programme gets bigger each year, and is now reaching 30 schools, training 600 ambassadors and with an additional 1000 students piloting our WOW Factor enrichment programme, which we developed as part of the work we are doing with the Careers and Enterprise Company. We are also further developing our BLBW 'Arts and Culture' programme working with Cape UK and the Arts Council England. Exciting times! The challenge, as always, is to continue to test, adapt and learn as we further develop the work carefully reviewing and building on what works! The things that make these programmes work so well is the high quality of the business support, the fantastic business champions who mentor and coach the ambassadors and the wonderful support that these young people receive back in school. As always leadership is a critical element as we further develop provision!
