Education Leeds!

Education Leeds was one of the best places to work in the public sector and the evidence shows that it was an extra-ordinary organisation...

We created a team where trust, respect, autonomy and accountability enabled ordinary people to become extraordinary...

We developed beautiful systems which supported the culture; empowering colleagues to achieve their brilliant best. We managed to get the right people in the right places doing the right things and as a result released individual potential and an extraordinary magic! As we come to the end of the journey for Education Leeds we must remember that our legacy is our people; the hundreds and hundreds of talented, gorgeous, brilliant and wonderful colleagues who are changing the world in so many places and in so many organisations. Wherever you are, and wherever your journey takes you, stay true to our values and the things that really, really matter and believe in yourself!
