When we are dealing with the challenges we currently face and when the going gets tough we need to stay positive and stay focused on the things that matter, in our lives, our work, and in our relationships...
We all face a difficult, changing and potentially chaotic future where individuals, families, children, organizations, and businesses all face accelerating change, massive challenges and increasing problems.
We must stay positive and develop the ability to see the opportunities that exist as we manage these challenges.
Even in the most difficult circumstances we must develop the ability to bounce back from setbacks, to get back up when we are knocked down and to continue to produce brilliant results,. We must learn to cope with failures and mistakes, now, and in the future. Learning to deal creatively with failure is one of the keys to success.

There is a saying that the sooner we make our first 5000 mistakes, the sooner we will learn how to do anything really well. Books I've read talk about trying many things, failing fast and often, and learning lots and quickly. We must understand that life is full of opportunities and challenges where anyone who tries anything original or challenging or different will make mistakes but importantly learn each time. We must try, try, try again. That is how we learn, in art or in school or in business and perhaps most importantly in life.
Always remember that in art, in work, in love, and in life there is no failure, just feedback!

More than anything else, feedback helps us improve and develop.
So, please let me know what you think?
