What do we want?

I was over in Sheffield this week and spent some time with three employers who were very clear about the skills, knowledge and understanding they wanted young people arriving in the work place to have.
The critical importance of basic skills came through from everyone we met alongside the ability for young people to express themselves verbally and in writing, to be open-minded, enthusiastic and to recognise the importance of hard work as the key to success rather than winning XFactor or the Lottery!

More than anything else, feedback helps us improve and develop.
So, please let me know what you think?
