Here are five things I learned over the last incredible fifteen years to help keep you on track.
- Integrity. Be honest, open and consistent in your actions, whether it is with management, your team, or your family.
- Knowledge. Gain the knowledge to master the changes and challenges you and your team are facing and achieve your goals.
- Decisiveness. Make decisions based on experience, make them quickly and don't be afraid to adapt the decision if needed.
- Vision. Consistently communicate your vision and help your team feel they are making a difference and achieving their goals.
- Unselfishness. Be unselfish in words and action and give praise to others and in public. Be unselfish and take the time to listen to your team and their concerns.
