If you want to be successful in any aspect of your life you need great support, a lot of luck and to work hard, be determined and be persistent.

I know that life can be full of stress and anxiety and the weather doesn't help! However, if you are feeling down or depressed make sure that you don't get hooked on the wrong things; food, alcohol, sleep or drugs because they will simply make you feel worse. It's important to take care of yourself when the going gets tough and while there's nothing wrong with a little chocolate, the dark stuff, rather than reaching for the chocolate when you're stressed, think exercise. If you are like me, exercise will help you to work out problems,  to find solutions and lift your spirits. There will always be people who will tell you that things can't be any different, that you are wrong to search for better things and that what you are doing is impossible to achieve. Don't let them discourage you... success is simply about attitude, determination and persistence.
