A New Curriculum Framework!

It is deeply depressing that so many young people are simply drinking themselves to death and worrying that we seem unable to change people's behaviours. They simply won't stop smoking, won't lose weight, won't exercise, won't drive slower, won't put down their phones when they are driving.
There are so many things that research and experience tells us we should do, but sadly we don't change our behavior. Having read so many books and so much research I am now convinced that the answer lies in developing character, self-discipline and grit. Developing personal characteristics like hard work, persistence, perseverance, determination, teamwork leads to school and career success. So we must develop a curriculum framework where we coach, nurture and place these things at the heart of everything we are doing with our children and young people. I am working on this and if you know how to do this please let me know.

More than anything else, feedback helps us improve and develop.
So, please let me know what you think?
