CENTRE FOR SCIENCE EDUCATION AT SHEFFIELD HALLAM UNIVERSITY!

I visited Sheffield again yesterday to meet Denise Eaton, Project Manager at the Centre for Science Education. The Centre supports an incredible range of activities including primary and secondary professional development programmes and we were discussing how Denise and her colleagues can support the Cutlers' "Made in Sheffield" Ambassadors Programme.

It was great to talk to Denise about the Centre for Science Education and the Cutlers' Ambassadors. It was amazing to explore the materials available through the Centre from resource packs and 'lessons learned' reports on STEM Choices, guides to STEM Work Experience Placements, planning tools and resources for STEM and Economic Wellbeing in Key Stage 3, materials for Encouraging Equality and Diversity in STEM subjects, perspectives on Inquiry-based Learning and information about the STEM Leaders Qualification. If you want to explore this fantastic range of materials available to schools you should visit their website at http://www.shu.ac.uk/research/cse/
