London!

It is simple astonishing to see the investment between Tower Bridge and the Festival Hall in London...

The whole of the South Bank has been transformed into a thriving commercial and residential area full of cafes and shops alongside the replica of Sir Francis Drake's ship the 'Golden Hind'. I spent the day there on Saturday and it was wonderful to see what the regeneration has achieved and that the Borough Market is still alive and well and full of magic! The market, which was full of food from all over the world, is set beneath the railway viaducts between the river Thames and Borough High Street and sprawls around an atmospheric series of streets and walkways and as well as occupying two more self contained markets.
