Trust, Talent, Transparency and Teamwork!

I have been spending a few days in Nottingham with colleagues looking at how we develop new structures around schools to encourage school to school collaboration, build partnerships and engage stakeholders and partners. We want to develop systems and structures that support and challenge, develop intelligent accountability and rigorously and relentlessly drive provision on the journey to create great schools to serve every community in the city. The keys are trust, talent, transparency and teamwork.
