Superfoods!

I was reading an article the other day and these are apparently the 'superfoods' we should all be eating.
  • Beans 
  • Blackcurrants 
  • Broccoli 
  • Oats 
  • Oranges 
  • Salmon 
  • Spinach 
  • Green Tea 
  • Tomatoes 
  • Turkey 
  • Walnuts 
  • Yogurt 
I have managed eleven out of the twelve over the last few days.
How many are you eating on a regular basis?
