Excellence Matters!

To build a world class learning landscape where we deliver academic and vocational excellence, we must develop character alongside functional skills.

Everyone should read Carol Dweck’s work on mindset and Angela Duckworth’s work on grit where there is overwhelming evidence linking character and success in all aspects and phases of life. The challenge for us all is how we build curriculum programmes that develop character and grit. I am currently working on this and if anyone know of anything worth looking at please let me know!
