WHAT WORKS: GETTING TO GOOD!


The report sets out how schools have developed their practice and moved from satisfactory to good to outstanding. It identifies some key issues school leaders and their teams need to consider as they work together to create a learning team focused on excellence. These steps are:
This really interesting report outlines once again that what we need to achieve great schools for all our children and young people is learning leadership, beautiful systems and intelligent accountability. The most interesting aspects of the report are described in the sections on sustaining improvement which echo the McKinsey Report.
