A Personal Philosophy!

Working in some great places over the years I have developed an approach that helps release the extraordinary potential and magic that lies dormant in most work places.

Help everyone understand that the job is easy;
Show some enthusiasm;
Praise everyone’s efforts;
If it isn’t working... change it;
Cut down on the paper;
Break the rules;
Get rid of the word “I”;
Share what everyone does;
Let them do it their way.
