Culture is how we do things around here!
We need cultural change. We need to understand that culture is delivered through our values, behaviours and strategies.
We need a culture that is open, responsive and supportive. A culture that is about trust, respect, empowerment and passion. We need to have a culture where we nurture creativity. A culture where we help children dream, grow and develop recognise their uniqueness and their potential to become extraordinary.
