We should all remember that when it comes down to what really matters...

...it's faith, family and friends that make life worth living!

It's half term here in the UK and a time for those of us who are passionate about learning to catch up on the things that matter... like spending time with the people we love and care for. We are struggling with a toxic, negative and destructive culture which can become contagious if we don't look after each other. So this week remember what really matter in life is faith, family and friends.

FAITH MATTERS: We all need something to believe in: based on values, attitudes and behaviours that encourage care for our community!
FAMILY MATTERS: We all need people around us who we love and who love us: people who share our lives, our successes and our failures!
FRIENDS MATTERS: We all need to nurture those special relationships that touch our lives and encourage us to care for each other!
REMEMBER: Be true to yourself and the things you believe in, love the special people in your life and always stay in touch & phone a friend!
