"Life is too short to wake up in the morning with regrets. So love the people who treat you right, forget about the ones who don’t and believe that everything happens for a reason. If you get a chance, take it. If it changes your life, let it. Nobody said that it’d be easy, they just promised it would be worth it." Unknown

AND ANOTHER KEY IS ... PROBLEM-SOLVING!
One of the things I have learnt over the last few weeks while I have been wrestling with the health and care systems is that problem solving is a key skill that we all need to develop.
Faced with all the challenges life and family throw at us we need to clearly identify the problem we are dealing with and develop a series of solutions. Then simply go through each solution and look at the advantages and disadvantages to select the best solution to the problem you are facing. Then just get on and do it!
