Armley Mills Museum!

Another day another museum...

I am going over to Leeds again today to visit the Armley Mills Museum.
Armley Mills is an Industrial Museum reflecting the wealth of Leeds' industrial heritage, and was once the largest woollen mill in the world. With exhibits dating from the 18th and 19th Centuries, the museum shows the history of textiles, clothing, optics, engine and locomotive manufacturing in the area. Armley Mills also features a recreated mill manager’s parlour, mill workers cottages, Victorian school room, 1920’s cinema and regular working steam engine weekends. Sounds like an exciting morning is in store!
