Be Creative!

Pablo Picasso said that every child is born an artist; the challenge is how do we keep creativity as we grow older... Unfortunately education systems and schools around the world seem designed to destroy creativity in favour of rote learning and passing tests. As we grow older a fear of being wrong takes over from our natural creative tendencies, especially for those who are successful. Sir Ken Robinson has been arguing about the importance of creativity for the last twenty years but sadly unlike the dreaded Ebac; English, mathematics, sciences, languages or the humanities, we still can't find a place for creativity in the curriculum, despite its importance to our lives, our work and our futures.
