Collaboration and Partnership Matter!

How do we encourage collaboration and partnership working in an increasingly fragmented and unco-ordinated educational landscape.
We must:

Nurture and develop relationships;
Design and deliver the future with our partners, and not to them!
Open everything to everyone!
Build trust;
Make it fun.

I know that the challenges and distractions are scary but the rewards are strong.
