WESTWOOD AND CLAPGATE PRIMARY SCHOOLS

I spent some time this week with the leadership team from the Westwood/Clapgate primary schools talking about ‘the keys to success’. I particularly enjoyed being able to kick off their development session and spend some time with such a young, passionate and committed group of colleagues.

They are starting on an exciting shared adventure to build something extraordinary, which will secure brilliant outcomes for children in the communities these two little primary schools serve. And its not rocket science… it’s about learning leadership, beautiful systems and intelligent accountability… it’s about passion, pace and performance… it’s about creating a culture where every learner is supported, thrives and succeeds… it’s about no excuses, persistence, determination and hard work!

And always remember that if you want any more help/support/challenge/coaching with your learning and improvement journey just remember to phone/email/text a friend… I will always be happy to help in whatever way I can!
