“Do you want to accomplish something that many people dream about, but few people ever actually accomplish? Unless you make it a goal for yourself and work everyday towards achieving it, why would you ever believe that you could accomplish it? Unless you see yourself slowly making progress, your dreams and aspirations are nothing more than vague notions floating around in your imagination.”

Most of us have big dreams and they can seem impossible to achieve. Setting targets and goals can help break those big dreams into smaller more manageable and achievable stepping stones. Targets and goals are important because they give you something to work for and when you writer them down they become a constant reminder of what you want to achieve. These small steps provide us with something we can do straight away and hitting these smaller targets and goals provides us with success and this increases motivation.
