It isn't just me... we all know that adults with skills have better outcomes in the world of work than their less proficient peers, have greater chances of being employed and if employed earn more!
Employers tell us that skills like literacy, numeracy, communication, problem solving, team working, creativity and digital skills matter in the world of work. And importantly, persistence, determination and hard work lie at the heart of all successful organisations!
