Join a Team!

As the world of school improvement goes through it's latest iteration we must all continue to work together to ensure that everyone stays focused on children and young people's  learning and the standards and outcomes they achieve...

We all know that eventually people will wake up to the fact that there needs to be a strong and effective team supporting school improvement. A team that can monitor, challenge and support schools on their journey to become brilliant learning places where every young person achieves world class outcomes... whatever it takes!  A team that are trusted by schools and who know schools well and who are constantly asking every school about their strengths and weaknesses and how they can continue to improve. A team who understand that schools are complex organisms which cannot be accurately described by simplistic scores and labels. A team who can help schools share and network and learn from the best of what they do locally and connect with great stuff regionally, nationally and internationally.

Whatever you do make sure that you are part of a co-operative, collaborative team focused on school improvement.
