PASSPORT TO YOUR FUTURE: LESSON PLANS FOR DEVELOPING KEY EMPLOYABILITY SKILLS!

The Erasmus+ Project ‘Passport to your Future’ aims to boost the employability skills of European teenagers through a collaborative project involving schools from the UK, Finland, Spain and Slovenia.
As part of the project, colleagues and students at the Secondary Technical and Vocational School Bezigrad in Ljubljana worked on developing a set of lesson plans for developing the Cutlers' skills. These have been published as a collection of lessons plans, together with worksheets, Powerpoint presentations and self-evaluation sheets. The lessons focus on listening, goal visualisation, setting and achieving goals, personal coat of arms, body language, anger management, stereotypes and prejudice, criticism, conflict resolution in the workplace, business etiquette, CVs and self-evaluation. Each lesson plan carefully identifies the key Cutlers' skills students will be developing through their studies. We hope all these materials will be available to the Cutlers' schools in the Autumn.
