Exercise, Exercise, Exercise!

I have been to the gym this morning trying to get rid of the knots and giving me time to think...

Unsurprisingly for a Sunday morning, it was really quiet but it was great to exercise and think about the opportunities and challenges we are all facing.
I know that the world we are facing is full of stress and anxiety and the weather doesn't help! However, if you are feeling down or depressed make sure that you don't get hooked on the wrong things; food, alcohol, sleep or drugs because they will simply make you feel worse. It's important to take care of yourself when the going gets tough and while there's nothing wrong with a little chocolate, the dark stuff, rather than reaching for the chocolate when you're stressed, think exercise.

If you are like me, exercise will help you to work out problems,  to find solutions and lift your spirits.
