FIND A WAY!

Working with another group of wonderful colleagues yesterday at the Kassam Stadium in Oxford reaffirmed my belief in people; their energy, passion, enthusiasm and commitment.

It also made me realise how destructive the current accountability system is and the desperate need to develop learning leadership, beautiful systems and intelligent accountability as the drivers for change across the country. We must get back to building together learning communities, like the fantastic Cherwell Partnership, that shares ideas, shares what works and shares problems and solutions. We also need to recognise and celebrate the fact that every school has something to share; some bits of magic and create a library of brilliant moments of magic to celebrate the best of what we do and to start a process where we make that commonplace.
