Change is with us: perhaps it always has been and perhaps it always will be.

We need to recognise that social, economic, and environmental issues all impact on what we are doing. And for those of us who still want to change the world and make it a happier, healthier, safer and more successful place for our children and young people to grow up and live in, schools, 21st Century Schools, must lie at the heart of thriving and successful communities.

And at the heart of successful school lie relationships: relationships between school teams, learners and their families are vitally important if we want to tackle disadvantage and underachievement and release the pool of talent, potential and magic that lies dormant in so many places.

We need to continue on the journey to learning excellence by developing learning leadership, beautiful systems and intelligent accountability in brilliant learning places where passion, commitment, energy, belief and determination will change the world!
