I am constantly looking for the keys to success and how we can apply them to the education and learning landscape to ensure that all our children and young people achieve their goals and reach their potential.

We know that our cycling team have achieved the extraordinary and the keys to their success are master coaching, disciplined and determined practice and sheer hard work. They have broken down their performance into its elements and worked to improve each element against their previous best through goal setting and stretch targets. We need to adapt this approach and use it to drive performance and achieve world class outcomes.
